30-day body blast

The 30-day blast is explosive, motivational, dynamic, and most of all it really works. It encompasses training
for 30-minute bursts, 3 times a week. Along with a nutritional guide you will be on the way to the new and
exciting YOU. Within 30 days you will have experienced the KICK training system and all its benefits.

You will get the following:

  • A personal training session of 1 hour to take you through the
    moves and combinations, the stretches and the exercises
    for all over body and abdominal regimes
  • A manual with the description of the 30-min body blast
  • A 6ft punch bag
  • The KICK Kit Bag (includes a pair of gloves,
    wraps and a skipping rope
  • Email or phone consultations for 1 hour in that month,
    15 minutes per week or whatever suits you
