Self training circuits For those who prefer to train alone, members and guests can drop in at allocated times and use the circuit at the KICK space. The space incorporates an 8-point circuit, a complete body work out every time you visit. It is made up of 3-minute rounds of stretching, skipping, punching, kicking, abdominals, press ups, free weights and breathing. Put together your own combination and do as many rounds as you like.
